Held shipments

Shipment held at EU customs with no economic operator on file

Customs can hold a consignment when no economic operator established in the Union can be identified for the goods. Every day it stands costs you storage and delay. If your products fall within the categories we accept and your documents are in order, we can issue a signed appointment within twenty-four hours.

What we need from you

  • 1Your company's registration details and address
  • 2The product list, grouped into families, with declarations of conformity and test reports
  • 3Photographs of the current labelling
  • 4The customs reference and, if you have it, the notice you received

What you get

  • +A signed mandate naming Altex Group d.o.o. as your Article 16 responsible person
  • +The exact text to add to your packaging and listings
  • +A written statement you can hand to the customs broker

What we cannot do

We cannot represent products in the categories listed on our scope page, and we cannot issue an appointment without documentation. If your file is incomplete we will tell you within hours what is missing, so you can decide quickly rather than wait.
